Providing children with opportunities to explore, imagine, play and discover their world!
At Pakenham Kindergarten, we run 3 and 4 year old Kindergarten programs, where your child will learn, play, explore and have fun. We provide a play based program, where children have a strong sense of wellbeing, can make new discoveries, accept challenges and take risks.
Kindergarten is a very exciting time for the children and their families and we aim for all to have very happy memories of their time at Pakenham Kindergarten.
Pakenham Kindergarten has been rated as Exceeding National Quality Standards, demonstrating our commitment to children and their families.
COMMUNITY EXCURSIONS
Excursions are a key part of our curriculum, as venturing out into the local area allows children to explore the world around them, and feel a part of a community.
LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
We encourage active exploration and interaction with the learning environment. We have large indoor and outdoor play spaces so that children have plenty of room to move and explore.
DIVERSE CURRICULUM
We provide a multicultural curriculum and celebrate a variety of cultural events throughout the year. Our curriculum supports social, emotional, cognitive, physical and creative learning.
SUNSMART KINDERGARTEN
At Pakenham Kindergarten, we are very conscious of keeping our staff and children safe in the sun; therefore, we are official participants in the SunSmart program.
