Blue Group have been talking about healthy eating.
When children eat well they are able to listen well and concentrate for longer which impacts their interactions with others. To encourage this learning, you can engage in discussions with your child at home, while packing their food for kinder, preparing meals or even while shopping, about foods that are good for them, such as low sugar products. Encouraging them to drink water instead of juice is also beneficial for their development.
