Ada

Hi, I'm Ada

I have spent more than 10 years working with children. Prior to opening my own Family Day Care, I worked as an Early Childhood Teacher in a Kindergarten in Melbourne and in China. Working with children is my passion.

When my daughter was born, I began to consider becoming a Family Day Care Educator, I quickly discovered that it would be the perfect fit for me. Holding a Masters in Early Childhood Education from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma of Early Childhood from RMIT, I am excited to use my knowledge and experience in a new capacity through my Family Day Care.

I love my job as it gives me the opportunity to implement flexible programs by following my own philosophy. I get to be part of a child’s growth in their learning and development and see their creativity and imagination blossom in the safe and supportive environment I provide. I also feel so much joy when I observe children exploring their open-ended learning environment with natural materials and loose parts.

I am proud of my service and the sustainable and natural environment I provide. Everything about my program and setting is based on children’s interests.
