I have my Bachelor of Education and love to use this qualification and my skills to work in a small group setting with children. Family Day Care allows me to have more one on one time with the children to assist and support their development. One of the benefits of Family Day Care is the independence. I run my own programs that are tailored to individual needs and set individual goals for the children in my care.
I have a passion for working with children and families. Building trusting relationships with families is a top priority for me and I am proud of how I am able to do that. I also support home languages. If I can help parents feel comfortable and happy about the wellbeing of their children, then I have done my job.
