I’m a bilingual (English and Chinese) educator. I am an enthusiastic, diligent, reliable and fun loving professional with a great passion for early childhood education. As a qualified early childhood educator, LOTE teacher in Australia and primary school teacher in Hong Kong, I enjoy working with young children and believe learning must be fun. I love Family Day Care because it provides a home based learning environment for children.
As a mother of two young children, I understand that a good foundation is essential for the development of children’s well being. My lovely children and family motivated me to become a Family Day Care Educator, to use the experience and qualifications I have in the setting of my own home. I am committed to providing the best quality care and education that meets the needs of children and their families. I love watching the little ones play and learn happily every day. I love seeing their developments from crawling to taking their first step, from babbling to using words, from bottle to open cup, from getting help to helping the others…I feel that I’m very lucky to share all these precious moments with the children and parents. Every child is different but everyone is beautiful in my eyes.
With professional training in Creative Arts at the University of Melbourne, I am able to provide quality play based learning for children. I enjoy doing all kinds of creative play, including arts and crafts, music play, singing and dancing. Your children will be cared for and learn in a relaxed and creative atmosphere at my Creative Play and Learning Family Day Care.
Family Day Care is a great place for young children to play and learn. We have small groups which means that I can give so much extra individual attention to the children. Having the same educator each day helps to build up trust and establish a close relationship. I love to see the learning journey that we’ve taken together and it’s always interesting watching the children grow.
