I became a Family Day Care Educator because I love working with children. It is rewarding to see the children grow, mature and become respectful individuals. The joy of seeing them grow is what inspired me to become a Family Day Care Educator.
I love being around children, observing and documenting their learning. Planning and implementing a vibrant program to suit all the needs of the children is my passion. Interacting with parents and being appreciated for the work done with the children is a great reward. I am proud of my individual focus on each child. Each child’s strengths, interests and values are taken into consideration in the planning of my program. I love hearing positive feedback from parents about their child’s progress and the activities I offer.
