I became an Educator after having my son in Family Day Care and speaking with his Educator. It helped me work out a way that I could be a home with my son and do a job I love.
I love that the children come to me as babies aged 6 to 12 months and I see them grow and develop until they go to school. To am privileged to know that I had a hand in Educating that child. It’s great that they come back during school holidays, or just for a visit. It’s great to keep in touch with the families and to know how the children are going. I also love that siblings can be in care together.
