Course Details:
Participants will gain the skills and knowledge required to follow the key hygiene procedures in the hospitality and tourism industry. The course is particularly relevant to staff employed in restaurants, cafes & hotels involving the preparation of food.

Recognition:
On successful completion of the course, students are issued with a Statement of Attainment for the unit 'Follow workplace hygiene procedures' which is recognised nationally under the Australian Qualifications Framework. Participants wishing to engage in further education will gain recognition for this competency.
