This very practical, comprehensive and diverse course combines a strong theoretical and practical component to give students a broad understanding of all aspects of kitchen management. This will prepare you for work as a qualified chef in a commercial kitchen.

Selection Criteria:
Motivation and commitment to complete the course. Please note that all applicants are required to attend an interview.

Course Length:
38 weeks (4 days per week)

Commencement Date:
Not currently on offer.

Assessment:
Mostly practical, however, some written and verbal presentations are required.

Tuition Fees:
$858.00 (full fee)
$55.00 (concession fee - may be waived in extreme hardship)

Additional fees may apply to cover resources, amenities, uniform etc. and will be discussed at the interview.
